We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, for ALL our Products (that are not customised/embroidered), which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition {unworn} within 14 days from delivery date.

*Sales items must be returned within 7 days of purchase

Any Items returned for exchange, must be unworn within 14 days of delivery, then it may be credited to the original order and the new item(s) will be sent out. Please note, shipping charges for the exchange must be bore by the Customer, unless the item(s) were sent incorrectly by Moville Uniforms.

NOTE: All Embroidered & Custom made orders are non-refundable.

Please note we can accept returns, but a 25% Re-stocking fee applies.
